I clicked on a video to download it and a message came up saying I had been blocked. It said something about an attack but all I did was click a video. How do I get unblocked?

As everyone else is reporting.... the bandwidth is not resetting daily. Please fix this and extend everyone's subscription to compensate us for the days that we have not had access because of misstated over bandwidth condition.

On the 16th February I paid for 1 month premium to see if you were any good. today I get the message I have exceeded my bandwidth. My account page shows i have not so please explain this error and when will I be able to experience premium membership again?

Hi emload,I just upgrade my premium account today. After download only one file, I got ERROR 1006 which means access denied. I swear I wasn't attacked your website. i would like a refund of my 30 dollars.. your site always returns with error 522 and im sick of it.. how is this premium? on top of it i have to wait 20 minutes for a download. again how is this premium?

I purchaced a 30 day premium account on 12-26-2021. Today, 01-03-2022, I am told that I now only have a "free" account and no longer have my premium account. Why was my 30 day premium account cancelled after only 7 days?
